From the Heart of Naples to Your Local Community
'HillStream' started from a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our small family-owned pizzeria was born from recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her explorations across Italy, apprenticing with reputable pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. Once back in the UK, she aspired to reproduce the essence of traditional Italian pizza, employing time-honored techniques and top-notch ingredients.
What commenced as a humble 12-seat pizzeria has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, while our adherence to supreme quality and genuineness hasn't faltered. Even today, we adhere to centuries-old wood oven baking, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and selecting the best ingredients available.
Currently, 'HillStream' is still in family hands, with the second generation of the Rossi lineage ushering our fervent crew. Although we've integrated modern touches, the core of our mission is unchanged: serving up delightful, genuine pizza that unites people.
